01] nastro adhesivo
02] big eyed beans fro venus

review from the butterfly crush zine :
"If, like me, you lost track of Magoo after the askew brilliance of early singles like "A To Z And Back Again" and "Red Lines (Are Fine)", then this is a good starting-point for playing catch-up. From this year's Realist Week, "Nastro Adhesivo" begins with squalls of feedback before charging heads-down into a hi-octane rush of punkoid Motorhead noise, propelled by wired riffing and the trademark Magoo vocals informed by the Sweet school of 70s Glam. It is also, as John Peel might remark, "brief, almost to the point of rudeness". And what follows on the B-side but a cover of Captain Beefheart's nutso classic "Big Eyed Beans From Venus", recorded some time ago specially for the 60th birthday celebrations of the Peelster himself ? I think the word I'm searching for here is "gonzoid", even though it sounds like an insult. The original cannot be bettered, but Magoo make the song their own by recasting it in their experimentalist psych-rock mould and accordingly lend it a suitable astro atmos. Respect."
