"Four more bands from the East Anglia / Norwich area. Self publicity machine the Joeys weigh in with some Jam / Undertones - like pop - punk energy . . . yeah, let's hear some more ! Magoo do the quiet verse / noisy chorus type thing with a bit more subtlety than most, far too many bands doing this though . . . I suspect you can find a reasonably good one in every town in England. Compact Pussycat are loud girls with guitars, this isn't the best thing we've heard from them, their demo was better, still good though. Joyland are melancholic, slightly psychedelic - nice pop song."
